Christian Nationalists take their ideas straight from the Bible and the teachings of Jesus.

The teachings of Jesus end in the Book of Revelation with a repudiation of peace, love, and understanding. In the end, Jesus rages in a selfish tantrum and promises that when he regains power it will be with a bloody sword and an iron scepter, smashing all those who stand in his way and inflicting torture and death on people until his power is absolute.

Christian Nationalism is a manifestation of the violent corruption embedded in Christian texts, Christian ideology, and Christian history. The cruelty and chaos experienced in the United States under Christian Nationalist Donald Trump is a reminder of what Christianity does whenever it gains political power.
