There Is No Horror Like The Love Of Jesus
When I hear Christians talk about the "love of Jesus", I think of Jesus at the end of the New Testament, ankle deep in blood, crushing people to death, glorying in torture and genocide for the sake of his own narcissistic glory and political power.
After all of his pretty speeches and promises, Jesus ended up a bloody tyrant. That’s not just me saying that. That’s how the Bible describes him, ruling the world with an iron scepter, smashing anyone who dares to disagree with him.
That's where Christian Nationalism comes from.
In the Book of Revelation chapter 14, Jesus and his angels take all the non-Christians in the world, and stuff them into a gigantic torture device that’s like a winepress. It slowly crushes them until their blood flows out into a lake that’s six feet deep for hundreds of square miles.
There is no horror like the love of Jesus.
